This was the first time we stayed in an American motel. Together with the fact that we had only checked out of the Manchester Grand Hyatt that morning, we were a little apprehensive. We needn't have worried. No, this was not luxurious, but the room was spacious and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept relatively well.... More

This will be our third stay in Borrego Springs & Ocotillo Wells at three different properties and finally this one exceeded my expectations. The room was tastefully decorated, quite clean, comfortable and seemed recently remodeled. We stayed in the Palo Verde room (Room #6) which has a king-sized bed, large closet, flat screen TV and DVD player, table and two... More

Happened upon this little motel over MLL weekend when we decided to stay in Borrego Springs after hiking all day. Rooms have been recently remodeled and were very clean. Shower was small and the rooms weren't terribly soundproof, but other than that, it was a great little place!! The bed was soft, linens were new, towels fluffy, carpet and floors... More

Chose this based on reviews on TA and we were not disappointed. We had a room with two double beds and small kitchenette which was equipped with microwave, coffee maker, hotplates and small fridge + utensils etc. Comfortable, clean room, DVD player, pool and well located - just outside Borrego Springs on the way to Anza-Borrego Park visitor center. Very... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in December and it met our needs fine. We had a room with a small kitchenette which was handy as eating places in Borrego Springs are not that varied and after a day in the desert preferred to eat in the room rather than scout around for options. Not particularly cheap but as others have... More

Borrego Springs is not Palm Springs. A very small community next to one of the biggest State Parks--Anza Borrego Desert so 4-5 Star Resturants and Hotels are not to be found. However, this is a very clean quiet and convent place to stay at either the motel or a small RV site. You can pay more --yes even in Borrego... More

I stayed at Oasis Inn for three nights while attending the Borrego Springs Jeep Jamboree, just last week. The room I had was very nice ,clean and quiet, no road noise. It was very relaxing after a day of off-roading to come back take a shower and watch tv before going to eat at Jamboree site. I would use this... More

We stayed here because there is a limited selection and I thought it would be OK. It was kind of creepy inside the room. The valance curtains and the mini blinds were filthy. I am talking visible dirt you could write your name in. We were exhausted so that was good. Slept and left ASAP the next morning. We stayed... More

We stayed here recently in order to do some cycling in the area. This is a quiet town with minimal shopping and restuarants. But it is delightful for relaxing and exploring on bikes. The motel is small but very comfortable and friendly. Nice to have the in-room fridge, microwave and free WiFi. Only wish the mattress was better. Carlee's Cafe... More

Others have well-documented the many attractive features of this small motel, and that was our experience as well. We rented the room with a kitchenette, which was well furnished with a small fridge, microwave, two-burner electric stove, sink, coffee maker with coffee, cooking and eating utensils. Although not fancy, our room was very clean and included the nice touches that... More
