My wife and I recently celebrated our 35th anniversary at the Bodega Bay Lodge. We've enjoyed a couple of stays before, but not since they remodeled spa area. The new larger infinity hot tube is a great place to unwind and take in some beautiful views. We ate at the Duck Club one night, and at the Terrapin Creek Café... More

This hotel was lovely! The property was fresh, clean and fit nicely with the surrounding atmosphere. It is a cozy and wonderful place to stay right along the coast. The beach cruiser bikes (for anyone on property to use) are a nice touch and a great way to explore the beach area. The restaurant is superb - all of the... More

Elegant, well-landscaped lodge. We were on the second floor, room 613, which had nothing to block the view of the bird sanctuary and ocean in the distance. Had coffee on the private balcony in the mornings (when not engulfed in fog) and, as there was no foot traffic outside our room, we could do so in our bathrobes. My husband... More

We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing time, so when we discovered we would be passing again, we made a point to stay here. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, cosy with amazing views. They are spaces you can actually enjoy sitting and relaxing. They provide you with nice fluffy robes and slippers, which is always a bonus.... More

Reservation and check-in was easy. The rooms was beautifully appointed and spa-like with a lovely shower. The grounds were gorgeous and we loved the hot tub and fire pit area with a view of the bay. The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. Our dining experience was delicious - including dining at the Duck Club and room... More

Loved everything about this hotel. Newer, very nice and very clean. Would not hesitate to go back. 2nd floor rooms tend to have a nicer ocean view. Probably hands down, the best hotel in Bodega Bay. Although not inexpensive either, but worth it for sure.

One of the best resorts we have ever been to and wanted to stay longer than we could. Great grounds kept clean and green. All the trees, shrubs and bushes seem to be picture perfect. Our room over looked the ocean and had deer walking around each night. Great room with a big fireplace, nice bed and extra large bathroom... More

Overall a very good experience. The service at reception was average, but after than it was all five stars. Our room overlooked the water and benefited - as I think most do, from a terrific view. The room service was exceptional and the group dinner we had was also excellent.

We stayed here for a wedding for 2 nights and had their standard room which is a very nice size, fireplace, patio views of the ocean. There is a nice pool, hot tub, fire pit an spa in the center of the property, closer to the beach with nice views. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well groomed. Staff was... More

Our third, but not final visit to this hotel. Stayed a week this time, and hated to leave. Celebrating my wife's birthday and our anniversary. Reservations made directly with the lodge, including The Duck Club dinner the first night, and hot stone massages the next afternoon. We requested, and obtained, our favorite Pacific Coast upper room (#122), with king-sized bed,... More
