Pros:
hotel manager was very friendly
it was reasonably priced
close to highway,but,not enough to hear it
in the middle of doing some repairs
it was quiet enough for me to get a good nights sleep
NO BUGS

you have to drive a couple of miles to get something to eat(if you get the night munchies)
