The hotel is run down and the casino is just sad. The cocktail waitresses looked like drug addicts, messy tangled hair, with worn uniforms and tights with large holes. The carpet through out is stained, tearing at the seams and there are many cigarette burns. The rooms were clean but were poorly lit. The only comfort provided was a small... More

We definitely apologize that you did not have a pleasant stay at our property! Speaking for the Hotel, I can say that we absolutely do have mini-fridges, irons & ironing boards available to all of our hotel guests, at no extra charge! All you need do is ask and you shall receive! While sadly we do not have microwaves available... More

I stayed here on the way to visit relatives, and upgraded to nicer room. Room was huge, but had sparse furnishings. Room was clean, but had problems with tub/shower. The room we stayed in had a jacuzzi tub, with a shower hose should you want to take a shower. I typically only take showers, and the manner in which the... More

Whenever I visit my daughter I have stayed at the Blue Lake Casino & Hotel which is about 10 miles, 10 minutes but many more decibes quieter than lodging near 101. It is a few miles up Highway 299 cutoff from 101 on the Blue Lake Rancheria. The hotel has pleasant corporate quality rooms and staff are well trained at... More

The front desk staff were great here. Very warm and friendly on check in and check out. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in Eureka area 2 days, and spent the second night here because the Best Western Bayshore Inn was very bad this visit. The facility is nice and well kept as well. Prices good.

I am not much for gambling, however the hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are spacious. Fine dining is available and priced appropriately for what they offer. I enjoy the Karaoke. They have tribal artifacts on the way into the Casino which I really enjoyed. There are "Blue Bucks" when you check in to the hotel for both... More

I first stayed at the hotel for business to attend training for work. The beds are so soft you don't even need a pillow and the comforter is luxurious. The water pressure from the shower is so low you might as well stand outside in the rain though. The hot tub is well maintained and clean, the grounds are aesthetically... More

Overall a very nice and clean place to rest your head. The hotel staff is always accommodating and the rooms are always clean and in order. If you like sushi then BLC is the place for you. The new/old poker room is their best addition of the year. However if they do not curb players that win early in the... More

My fiancee and I stayed at Blue Lake hotel for 3 days after I flew into Eureka airport. The hotel is in the middle of no mans land, but it was a very nice hotel. Modern amenities, nice decor, room was large, bathroom was huge, beds so soft that your body sinks into them, and the staff was very helpful.... More

We stayed overnight in the RV Parking with a 40' coach and tow vehicle. It's more like a truck stop instead of a RV lot. Three big rigs parked with their noisy deasel engines running and decided to leave at 3 am. We had to register with the hotel and agree to follow the terms of "quiet time" between 10... More

There are several Casinos between Sonoma County and the Oregon border when traveling on the 101. Blue Lake's hotel, restaurant and casino wins hands down. My room was clean, spacious, quiet and well-appointed. The internet wi-fi speed was great. I had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed the flexibility to have a perfectly-grilled 16 oz. ribeye steak with a delicious sushi... More
