First time staying in Bishop. We usually stay in Mammoth. We decided to stay in Bishop because it was on the weekend and right before Christmas. Mammoth prices were pretty high and we didn't want to spend that kind of money. This was a trip to snowboard on my husbands birthday. Decided to stay her, part of choice hotels. It... More

Given the price, my expectations were low. They were not met. It's OK for cheap hotels to be basic, but not this dirty. The carpet was black with dirt, the kettle was covered in limescale and there were cobwebs everywhere. Do not book this place based on the price - pay the extra and stay literally anywhere else. If you... More

We rolled into Bishop and began searching for a dog friendly motel. There are a number of places where dogs are allowed, however, most of their property's were 100% concrete. Not one single square foot of grass available for an early morning/late night walk. Those that did, had closed off all the dog rooms for repair. We began to get... More

Last minute stop, if I had known what the room looked like, I would rather completedo the five hour drive to our destination. I've stayed at budget hotels that were 100 times cleaner. The moment we walked into the room we were hit by a very musty odor and I can't even describe how filthy the carpet was. Could not... More

As with everything, you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. Yes, it's not a five star luxury resort, but it is a perfect road trip stop over. Special mention to Gwen (???) who is the friendliest person who has ever served me!!!

Hotels in Bishop are EXPENSIVE! This property is located just off main street; easy walking distance to Schatts Bakery, City park, and various restaurants. This hotel is dated; still has a box TV and older furnishings. Air conditioning works. There is a small refridgerator and microwave in the room. Our microwave quit working. Water pressure is good, but occasional blasts... More

Bishop California is a beautiful vacation destination. But, not the rodeway inn. I checked in at 16:04, needing to rest after driving 1050 miles. Once I got to my room & opened the door, it was a mess. Sheets never changed, and bed still unmade. Dirty towels in the bathroom, hair & dried up tooth paste spit all around sink.... More

I would rather give this a 3.5 rating rather than a 3, it really was a decent motel stay. We usually do an overnight stay somewhere in Bishop before continuing our drive, and ended up with this establishment after paying $55 through a random hotwire hotel selection. The room was clean, there wasn't a smell, and I think we just... More
