very good value for the price. staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the hotel was only seconds off the main drag where there was a good choice of restaurants. the only downside was the cleanliness of the pool, but overall definitely to be recommended. more

We stayed at this motel last Thanksgiving and it suited our needs perfectly. I would recommend this motel to just about anyone that needs a place to stay in Bishop or even when Mammoth is fully booked. Bishop is the kind of place where a small clean little independent motel fits the bill perfectly. We have stayed here twice this year (late spring/early fall '07), and in years past. It is everything we expected. An older, travellers' motor lodge. It has all the necessities... fridge/cable in the little units, and small kitchenettes/cable in the larger ones.
