The owners were VERY friendly and SUPER helpful we woke up to a flat tire and they helped us change it over as we are two girls on a cross country road trip:) the rooms were very nice and up to date! The price was cheap for such a quality room. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling... More

This motel was the perfect choice on our way up north with our dogs. It is in a great location that is quiet and safe. The check in was fast and easy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked great. It appears that everything has been updated and it flows very well. Will stay again!

I can always count on a decent nights sleep at the El Rancho. The rooms are always clean, the people friendly, and there is an air of excitement with all of the travelers coming and going. The obvious reason stay at the El Rancho is the cost. Where can you get it decent room these days for under $50? This... More

Our overnight visit was greatly enhanced by staying at El Rancho. It was clean and simple, but with some very nice touches that made it several cuts above a typical "road house" - a nice bed with fresh linens, big fluffy towels, a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The price was right, too, only $50 for a week night. The El... More

This little motel two blocks off the main drag is a real gem. It offers everything you need for a great stay at a very affordable price (under $60): great cable, in-room coffee, microwave, fridge, and decent pillows. Bathroom is a little cramped, but the room is very stylish and clean. Best part is not hearing the trucks rumbling down... More

From the outside this place looks like a dump. But it has a number of attributes, starting with American personnel and, I would presume, local ownership. The room was quite small but functional. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Tiny shower. A table on which to eat from which you could actually see the medium sized flat screen tv. Excellent wi... More

While I'm used to staying at larger chain hotels, my travel companion on this trip wanted cute, quaint, vintage, clean and nostalgic...and boy, did this place deliver. The room was clean, the beds unbelievably comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, and the staff friendly and kind. The price was right, too! Nearly half of what I'm used to paying, so... This little motel in a poor part of town was 145.00 per night!!!! I reserved it on the internet, which I may not do too much longer. The friendly and understanding manager informed me when we were checking in that there was no smoking in your room. Ok, I can deal with that. But then I asked her where we could... More

Cool old sign, clean modern rooms. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Traveled with a dog and staff were very helpful and welcoming. I loved the rooms. despite the older look outside, the rooms are updated and tastefully decorated.
