this place is super clean they have white duvet covers that actually I would lay on. The staff Veronica and Billy are nice couple who let me check out a little later than usual. my daughter played with theirs. They keep the grounds clean.

If you like to fish and are looking for a place to stay that is not expensive ($54.00 total cost) this is the place. Parking is tight, the room are comfortable, nothing fancy. The staff is friendly and helpful with plenty of complimentary cookies at the desk. Although there is a bit of road noise and the floors creak, I... More

I understand updates are in progress, but the room we stayed in was still waiting. Very small rooms. There was a problem with the heater and came on after we turned it off. Friendly staff. We just stayed one night while traveling through.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I didn't want to spend a lot and this was in the right price range plus the photos looked good... what I found out once in MY room was that all the photos were of the remodeled rooms. Mine is SORELY in need of fixing up; peeling paint in the bathroom, 60's linoleum on the... More

Small, clean rooms, too many pillows. Nice staff. Needs major updating, as well as doors that lock, and extra door keys. Won't stay there again. Too small and cramped of a parking lot, one way in and out with no turn around areas. Noisy people at night were not dealt with well (12am). Next morning someones kids enjoyed setting off... More

Hello Purplewino! I want to apologize for your negative experience at Trees Motel. We are an older motel and the rooms are being remodeled for the comfort of our guests. All of the kitchen units have been completely remodeled and now our project is to renovate the bathrooms in the rest of the rooms. Our parking lot is certainly cramped... More

The motel is a quite dated, with short beds (I'm 6'2") and lumpy mattresses. What discouraged us during our stay was the inconsistent cleaning. Sometimes the wastebaskets weren't emptied and the glasses and coffee cups were never washed. The strike plate on the door lock was stripped, so it was hard to lock the door. We informed them the first... More

Hello Bill! I want to apologize for your negative experience at Trees Motel. Unfortunately, during your stay here, we were training all new housekeepers and the results were obviously less than stellar. We have been working diligently with the new staff and we believe that they have improved greatly over the last two weeks of training. As for the strike... More

This is a basic RUSTIC motel off the main drag on West Line Street in Bishop Cal.. Looks like it was built in the 40's or 50's and hasn't changed much since then. I have been going to the Sierras for 25 years or more and this is my little "off the path" place to throw my hat when I... More

Made prior reservations for a group of 25. Staff is knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. Prices are great for the area and room quality. the central location makes access to everything very easy with a beautiful view of the sierra Nevadas in then background
