I can't understand the previous reviews because what do you expect when you book a Motel 6?! It's a affordable motel chain and no 5 star hotel....and the one in Bishop is not bad at all. We stayed there for one night and made no negativ experience. We booked a double queen room online and got a huge and spotlessy... more

I would not recommend it to anyone. The room was filthy and the bathroom worse. Not worth spending a penny. more

Excellent value for money hotel in Bishop. Rooms are basic but everything works fine. The motel is very clean and located near Death Valley. Overall good motel that we fully recommend. more

I reserved Motel 6 for my one night's stay based on previous reviews here. I was pleased to find it a clean, quiet, comfortable establishment. It is within healthy walking distance of downtown amenities and the manager was very friendly. more

Stayed here a week ago (June 2005). Booked kingsize bed - room very spacious and well equipped with plenty of luggage space. Fridge and coffee maker in room. Large bathroom area with basin in separate part of room. No breakfast served, only coffee. Good location in main part of town. Plenty of parking. more

Motel 6 is usually pretty consistent with their rooms and prices, however, some locations offer better amenities and service. The staff at this location were delightfully pleasant, and the complimentary Wireless Internet was a nice surprise.
