There was 6 of us this trip. My Wife and Me, plus her Mother, StepFather and 2 Mini Doxies. We had Cabin 8, it was comfortable and clean. The description for cabins on their web page explains each cabin as having basic kitchen utensils. That was exactly what we had, very basic. Nothing to help with using the BBQ outside.... More

The grounds around the cabins are clean and well manicured. The first impression of our cabin was that it was clean it even had a disinfectant smell when we first opened the door. Pet friendly to the point of inviting our dogs with us into the restaraunt at dinner hour. Comfortable cabin with plenty of hot water and clean towels... More

Bishop Creek Lodge was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in a long time. The setting was breathtaking along the mountainside and the staff was so nice. They must be family owned and operated because all week long we were taken care of by a nice husband and wife with their grown kids also helping us with... More

Bishop Creek Lodge is the perfect spot for a great weekend getaway. It's about 20 minutes out of Bishop in the High Sierras. There are tons of activities: fishing, hiking, horseback riding. The cabins are clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The summer is always busy and there is a lot to do but... More

I have been going to Bishop Creek Lodge for Labor Day weekend every year for the last 5 years and one of the things I look forward to the most is dinner at the lodge. The steaks are so good, Tina's pies are to die for and the shrimp special is one of my favorites. Year after year we end... More

For those who don't want to do the tent thing ...... these cabins are the place to be. These cabins are nothing fancy . But they are clean and serve the needs of a basic cabin. They also have a small restaurant with really good food and a bar to tell your " Fish That Got Away " stories at... More

Basic, yet wonderfully charming and homelike collection of cabins high in the eastern Sierras west of Bishop, CA. They are located along the road just below South Lake, not in Bishop. The views are excellent, as is the access to some of the best trout fishing that I have ever experienced. There is a main building with a restaurant, bar... More

We stayed here Tuesday and Wednesday nights and it was quiet and charming. The Honeymoon cabin is very quaint and rustic. It is a furnished large one room with queen size bed. There is a heavy picnic table and benches. The kitchen has the essential items, and there were two dish towels on the sink. We used our sleeping bags... More

We have stayed at the BCL three times. We love the Brook Cabin because it is a little more private and the view from the deck and front window is beautiful. Let's face it, the BCL is basically a lodge for fisherman first, also hikers. The cabins are rustic but are clean, with full kitchens. The staff is friendly and... More
