We visited big bear lake as part of a 4 week road trip after being fed up of LA. So glad we did as its a little jewel of a place. Highlight of the trip was stopping in a cabin in the mountains, this place is fantastic, could not fault a single thing, tried staying an extra night but fully... More

This was the only place we could find in Big Bear that didn't charge extra for our two small dogs. There is room to walk pets although it is near a busy road. It's a short driving distance from the main shopping/restaurant area and the lake in Big Bear. They have about 15 individual cabins - they are close together... More

After a spectacular start to our honeymoon in a fabulous resort in San Diego my wife and I decided to end it at Big Bear. We had never been there and wanted to check it out. We chose the Jacuzzi Cabins and it turned out to be a perfect choice. We stayed in cabin #4. The Jacuzzi next to the... More

We booked this on short notice and were concerned given past reviews as well as the limited information on the website but found the owners and cabins equally charming. We stayed in cabin 8. It was clean, save for the dust that only a spring cleaning gets. The Jacuzzi was clean and plenty of hot water instantly. The fireplace was... More

We planned our trip up to Big Bear for a few months to go camping, but sold our camper a week before we left. I still wanted to go, so we made reservations a few days before heading up on the fly with Big Bear Manor for 3 nights after seeing the good reviews....and with a Jacuzzi...even better! The staff... I was a little worried about booking here based on the mixed reviews and the low price. But I went ahead and gave it a chance. When we first arrived we were greeted by a very friendly woman and treated very nicely. My first impression of the room was HOW ADORABLE!! I spent 4 days there and never did I... More

We checked in on a Thursday evening for a two night stay. The owner couldn't have been nicer. He even moved our cabin due to loud wood cutting next to our original cabin. The cabin we were in #13 was clean, well maintained and cozy. We ordered some take out and promptly bult a fire in the fireplace and filled... More

My husband and I had an amazing stay at big bear manor Jacuzzi cabins. The cabin was spotless, the restroom was very clean, the little kitchen area was also clean and equipped with a microwave, a toaster, a little oven, a small refrigerator, a coffee machine, plates, forks, spoons, knives, cups, and paper towels. The bed was comfortable and big... More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days mid week for only $59 per night. We were not looking for luxury, just something clean and inexpensive. The room was ok, we had cabin 16 across from the office so we were able to get WiFi most of the time but don't expect to het it if you are further... More

Don't be thrown off by the check in cabin. The ones to stay in are dark but clean. The little kitchenette is serviceable. The Jacuzzi in the living room was off-putting to us, but probably enjoyable for many others. Also, don't be fooled by the distance claims. You can walk to the Village and the lake, but it is a...
