Do not stay here. The website does not give the proper picture of this pit. Small dirty rooms. Did not feel safe. Inattentive manager. Your can only get wifi while in the office in front of him. Sadly, the best part of the one night stay was listening to the people on the second floor over us having short albiet... More

Traveled with my wife last weekend to Big Bear Lake....We arrived about 11AM to the Vintage Resort....no one was in the front office, but they did have a note with a phone number to call to check it.....called the number a person showed up in about 3 minutes told us to come back in an hour an half because it... Walking distance to the village, but it's not worth it. Definitely not a resort and barely "lakeside." The young woman at the front desk wasn't the least bit interested in helping or even being friendly. First night we got almost no sleep--the bed was terrible and the room was boiling--no A/C or any way to ventilate the room without opening... More

Let me start off by saying that the owners/management are very nice. However, and this is a really big however, this is nowhere near a "resort." It is a '60's motel (still has the avocado green mini oven in the living room) that faces the parking lot, not the lake. We stayed over the Labor Day weekend, so we paid... More

Room size is spacious and "cozy." The jacuzzi tub that jumps out at you when you first walk in is great after a long day out on the lake. However! Your feet are black after walking on the tile inside and there is no AC to ventilate the room, which gets stuffy very quickly. It is within walking distance of... More

Room was nice size and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit thin so two are needed. Some rooms have flat screen TVs but mine had a 13 inch crt. The wifi works but is very slow. My chrome book was able to connect but my iphone could not find the network. The complimentary breakfast had instant oatmeal,... More

We stayed here for the weekend in June. The price is mainly why I chose this place. Pros: comfy bed, location, price, very friendly staff, wifi, lawn furniture & BBQs outside for use. Cons: needs updating. Six to 10 minute walk to main part of town. There are also other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nothing to brag about, but it... More

Stayed there for our 49th aniveasary. Although old it is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and the help are very friendly. It its back off the maun highway and you don't hear the road noise. It is in the heart or town and close to shops and restraunts. Another perk is they don't raise the price on... More

My husband and I stayed here over 4th of July weekend. All the hotels were marked up for the weekend, and I wasn't about to pay $200+ for a hotel in the off season of Big Bear. I got this room for $80, which was a pretty good price for the location and holiday Pros: -The owners were really friendly.... More
