Hubby and I stayed in room 8, our friends stayed next door in room 7. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Most continental breakfasts are muffins and coffee. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly and the price affordable The motel is by the lake and close to everything. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice treat.. more

Room clean but bed was poor. Could not sleep. Terrible heater design. It s in the fireplace. Electric pilot turns on gas over fake logs. I was looking for a cheap last minute reservation in Big Bear Lake, CA for Oktoberfest and found a buy one get one night free that was good in October on a Saturday night resulting in $66 per night plus taxes and Orbitz booking fee.
