Our experience was with one of the hotel rooms. While it was off season and not many guests, the room was clean and had lots of amenities. Coffee maker, decent size refridgerator, microwave, DVD player, fireplace (yes, you can only use duraflame). Just returned from 3 nights in Big Bear and stayed at the Frontier. We had a cabin that was very small but fun. It had a jacuzzi but we only got in it the first night. Very nice fireplace.
