This place sucked super bad. We stayed in the building across the street not the main check in building, that took some time to figure out. No handicap access. No AC. No Screens on window so bugs join you at night. Window required my tools to open. No coffee pot. Not clean. Run down to the ground, thought we were... More

Since we decided at the last minute to go to Big Bear for the 4th of July, our lodging options were limited. The Knight's In had a room available for under $100 so I booked it. I read the reviews so I sort of knew what we were getting into. But we didn't plan on being in the room much... More

The filled-in swimming pool out front and motorists laughing at me should have clued me in. The heater wouldn't turn off, the cable cut out after a few minutes, abandoned rooms, bombed out locals using other rooms as party/crash pads, plenty of highway noise, decaying and dangerous stairways... this place is more like a bad movie. Funny, it doesn't look... More

I would actually rate this a zero. Please be careful before you decide to book here. At the last minute we were switched to another room. When we entered, the blinds were broken, the bed sunk in the middle, and there was no microwave. Because it was the only hotel in town with vacancy, we didn't complain. On our ride... More

You get what you pay for and the low price should have been an immediate red flag for me. If you are looking just for a place to stay the night, not shower, or use the restroom then this place maybe alright. Bring your own linens though and throw them away when you leave. The Inn was dirty. It is... More

Our friends went with us to the Big Bear Octoberfest....Had a blast.....You know the saying, " Drink but do not drive"....took a taxi to this place just for one night.....WOW.....not a nice place....at least our sheets were clean and our carpet was clean (Room 116)....We were freezing at night....The wall heater was not working at all (temperature was down to... WARNING-run down, abandoned worst accomadation we have ever seen. The on line photo's are of the property are in Lynn Road in the winter with the snow hiding all the garbage. The address in Big Bear Blvd. is in slightly better condition but still not fit for human habitation. A box of matches could be the remedy. The guy that manages the... More

This was the cheapest hotel I could find in the area. Lets start with the good stuff. The beds are very comfortable and the wifi is the best I have experienced. It was surprisingly fast. I stayed there over two weekends as my band Gallows Humor was performing at the RenFaire in the area. I had not stayed there before... More

Well, my husband had a voucher for a night stay at this place. Since we love Big Bear so much, and will jump on any opportunity to go there, we decided to make our reservation, sight unseen. It looked like the place could have been a perfect setting for a horror film. The front office hasn't been touched since the... More

My Fiancé had a service book this hotel. I'm sorry to write a negative review.... I am sad to say this place is terrible. The pool is no longer in use (filled and closed for good) the grounds and building (we stayed at the main one) were dilapidated to say the least. The room hmm where do I start. The... More
