When I called to book our room the young lady I spoke with was so polite and caring. I told her our needs (no pet friendly room because my son is an asthmatic, early check-in/late check-out) and I was guarenteed an early check-in and a "super" clean non-pet friendly room. I travel to Big Bear frequently on business and this place is hands down the best. You can walk to the Village for eats and shopping and there is a Starbucks just up the road (maybe 200 yards.) The views are amazing. Your balcony faces north so you get both sunrise and sunset skies with the lake right in front... more

My family enjoyed a nice suite this weekend. Location was phenomenal. We walked to the Village in less than 5 minutes, the bowling alley in 2 minutes, the Marina in 30 seconds.... It was just great. The bobsleds were a 5 minute drive as was the petting zoo. The room had a nice kitchenette and also had a great view... more
