Every aspect of the service here is excellent. Lots of attention to detail (bookmarks for any books you leave in your room is a good example!), lots of genuine caring staff and everybody gets to know your name very quickly. Great dining on the patio in the Polo Lounge. It doesn't get much better than this. more
