Our stay was a great value for the area. The place was adorable, clean, the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast and the adjoining Italian restaurant were a plus. The $12.00 valet parking was also another great value and plus. The location can't be beat for tourist. The only negative I would give it would be our... More

Loved this place! Yes it's kinda expensive but you do really get what you pay for. The rooms and entire complex is extremely new and one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. The breakfast may not be the best for some because there is no hot stuff, except if you pay extra for extra. The staff were extremely friendly.... More

I booked this hotel for our last night in LA after a 6 hour drive back from San Fran and I am glad I did. We walked into the lobby to the warm, welcoming and smiley reception staff. Our room was small but lovely, the bed huge and a great little selection of mini bar items as well as space... More

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night because of the 'reasonable' pricing for Beverly Hills standards ... Our rather small room, but with comfortable bed, was located on the streetside which caused some disturbing noise. Very little choice in TV channels and not every channel came through as it should. The rooms were a good basic but clean, bathroom... More

I love this hotel! It's quiet and comfortable with a perfect location. It is a boutique hotel where you are given personal and friendly service. The rooms, though somewhat small, are well-appointed. My only complaint would be that the WIFI is spotty, at best. This needs to be addressed in a serious manner. All in all, a great experience. I... More

Good location close to Rodeo drive. Average breakfast and closes sharp at 10am. Helpful front desk staff. Our room no. 47 was facing the road below and the noise from morning traffic can be disturbing.

This hotel was really great, the room was supernice, the breakfast was great and the staff was really friendly. Will book this hotel if I ever come to LA once again. But didnt really think that the hotel needed a valetservice since the parkinglot is just outside the hotelentrance.

If I ever go to LA again I will be staying at the Beverly Terrace Hotel again. It is in a great location, in walking distance to restaurants, a shopping centre and boutiques. The hop on hop off buses are only about 10 mins walk away too. The hotel is very cute and modern, they have freshly baked cookies at... More

My sister and I (both in our 50s) stayed here in mid June, for only one night on our way home from Edmonton to Melbourne. The staff were the most welcoming, helpful, accommodating people I have seen working in a hotel in a long, long time. Our room with two double beds was very clean and comfortable. In fact, the... Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
