I came here for a conference and was given a room overlooking the beautiful marina. There is a nice little walking path around the marina and a small park adjacent. You can walk over to the the 3000 ft pier where people are fishing. There's also a very nice seafood restaurant (Skates) with good food and fabulous views of water... more

Paid $89n for a great room overlooking marina. Small bathroom but well worth price. Received gratis buffet bfasts, so very happy with all. Believe rooms go for $140-180 during busy times which is the norm in Berkeley, it is also miles from campus which can be a +/- . more

After getting this hotel via Priceline ($65/night) and reading the comments here I was a little bit nervous. But I was pleasantly surprised. We were in the second floor of building 3.
