If your objective is to save $ but not camp on the streets- this is a great option. Don't think holiday inn but nice flea bag and you'll be fine. I am writing this review while staying at the YMCA "hotel" for three weeks in July/August 2007. The turn-offs for this place are the following: no overnight guests, common bathrooms and showers, basic rooms.
