Overall my stay was decent. The hotel is very basic. I was on the top/third floor. There is no access to the 2nd and 3rd floors for handicapped persons. It is too bad that Orbitz would recommend anyone to the Berkeley Budget Inn on San Pablo Ave. It was an unsatisfactory spot to stay in much less recommend through the internet. It was small, in a not so very nice neighborhood and very unacceptable. more
