I called to change reservations, the clerk was extremely rude. We had booked through a third party vendor (KAYAK); the clerk actually snapped at me "why are you calling me? Call them !" and hung up on me. Will never recommend this and will be notifying KAYAK as well. HORRIBLE customer service

This place was horrible! Disgusting! and the people were RUDE! We checked in late at night to some horribly rude women who kept looking at my boyfriend and telling him no smoking in the room 4 TIMES! and only to him. She was short in her answers, rude, just awful. We were so tired we just brushed it off and... More

The room was clean and no odor or bugs, air conditioning/heating unit worked fine. The staff was helpful, at least for me, as assisted with the internet. English was poor but if you speak Spanish not a problem. He was a relatively pleasant sort of guy if your not a demanding person. King size bed was comfortable, but room not... More
