Before commenting on Aloes, I should repeat the points made elsewhere here: Lesotho is a very third world country with frighteningly high HIV/AIDS rates and a life expectancy at birth of 35. The accommodation, hospitality & surroundings all exceeded our expectation. We originally thought that the meals would not meet with Muslims requirements but were astounded when we were catered for. All key tourist sites are approximately 2 hour drive from this lovely place, such as Katse dam, Afriski @ Maseru. Keep up the good work. Muhammad Bagus & family.

I stayed at Aloes in Pitseng in January this year and I must admit it was really lovely staying there; the views were amazing and the reception lady was friendly and helpful. I stayed in the dormitory style accommodation but had the entire room to myself. The room was very clean and so were the shower rooms and everywhere else.... More

Aloes Guest House offers a few different types of accommodations. I stayed in a double in one of the newer buildings. It was comfortable. With a TV (I think 4 or 5 channels) , a mini fridge, and kettle. No iron or ironing board that I could see and no microwave. The room was clean and generous with two queen... More
