We went to this place 8/6/15 at 10 AM for inquiry, we approach the front desk and ask questions about the hotel , to our surprise a very RUDE, UNACCOMMODATING lady answer us back unprofessionally. I have not encountered a Hotel front desk misbehave so badly. This Hotel lacks customer service. I hope the management gives this lady training for... More

The Grand Park Inn has a lovely lobby and those behind the counter were very pleasant and friendly. My husband was there on business, so we were simply looking for a decent (inexpensive) place to sleep. Our room was good-sized and had a larger-than-dorm-room refrigerator. The mattress was hard, but comfortable enough. Cable TV is provided, but no channel listing... More
