This hotel was decorated very modern and was very clean. The staff was amazingly friendly and ready to help you with anything. My colleague got to his room and it had not been cleaned and he was upgraded to a suite for his trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel - the price is great and the hotel is brand... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bakersfield and the reception staff were exceptional in the help they provided for. On checking out from the hotel, it was not until we were 200 miles down the road that I discovered that I had left my wallet with all my cash and credit/debit cards in the room. I would say I have been more than pleased with the service I received at this hotel. I travel on business to Bakersfield and I now make this home base. The 2 room suite is such a great bargain that I don't even consider any other property. The Front desk staff are some of the most accommodating I have ever... more
