Unacceptable in every way: indifferent, ineffectual service; dirty, run-down lobby and hallways; grimy rooms... Stay at a Holiday Inn or a La Quinta, where you'll at least feel safe and clean - there's no need to suffer in a dump like this. more

We stayed here for two nights, and will definately not be back. I'd advise anyone against staying here also. They advertised that the rooms had been remodeled and re-done. When I spoke when the desk clerk two months before staying at the hotel he told me that the pool, spa, bar, restaraunt and water slide were open. When i get down there...done of these were open. The hotel is gone through a major renovation. The new rooms and service at the hotel is above average for the area. Hotel has much improved in all areas and the amenities are great.
