On the positive side, the pool area is nice, the room was large and recently renovated, and the beds were comfortable. Otherwise, this is a large 2.5 star motel with a resort fee (??!!) The decor in the common areas is pretty ugly -- gold framed mirrors on every bit of wall space with cheap-looking "art" -- and the breakfast... More

Given the choice, don't choose this Hotel. Front desk just couldn't be bothered with just about anything. Ratty looking room, generally old and not kept up. If this is a 3 star hotel, I better reevaluate my concept of hotel ratings. One, or, 1 1/2, possibly. Fortunately, we were there for one night, we would have checked out if it... More

This place was not a bad stop for an overnight trip. The rooms were clean and for the price you really can't complain. There were a few things that could use improvement. Overall, would not mind staying here again if I get the same room. Place was quiet, clean and comfortable for a long day of driving.

In the daytime the place doesn't look half bad. I realize when I'm looking for a deal I am not getting the Waldorf Astoria, but this joint was advertised as "3 star". I'll give it one and a half stars. The pool is nice, I will say that, and the breakfast is cool. The staff has been trained in "make... More

I asked to move to another room because the A/C was not working, left a pants in the room and five minutes after I changed room, requested to go and take my pants, front desk said house keeping was going to take it for me. The pants was not found. After first night I had to return to my house... More

This is a good value for the price. It was nicely decorated. Had friendly staff. The bed was so comfy, and I was right next to the stairs and didn't hear a peep. The room was clean, as well was the rest of the property. And this hotel has an overall welcoming and relaxed vibe, featuring a large pool with... More

Great surprise! One of the most inexpensive in our cross country trip from Florida to California and one of the nicest rooms. Bed was equal to our temperpedic at home! First good night's sleep in 4 days! Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but it was hot and bathroom very clean! Fridge was large and stayed nice and cold... More

I stayed 2 nights on August 2013 booked by a customer of mine, it is not the kind of hotel I usually like to stay, in a passt visit in Bakersfield I stayed at Best Western but I have to say that this despite being cheaper, is better than the BW, rooms and lobby were much cleaner, the pool also... Rooms and staff were very nice. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about, consisted of only the basics and the coffee wasn't very good. The hallways are also pretty confusing as the layout is huge!! Rooms were very nice and is at a nice location off the highway.

Hotel looks good on the outside and is nice and comfy inside. We got a free upgrade to a suite because they were out of regular rooms and it was poolside which is nice. However, The shower had some rust and there was hardly any water pressure. Kind of confusing to find your room. The breakfast was crap. Nice big... More
