This hotel should change it's name to Super 8 or Motel 6 - this is a one or two star hotel at best. We booked the room under a internet rate and they would not honor the rate at check out. Stay far far away from this hotel, unless you enjoy paying 5 star rates for a 2 star hotel. more

I reserved 4 rooms for myself and my wife, my son, my oldest daughter and 2 sons, and my younges daughter and and infant. All of my kids found roaches in there rooms on check in and I found rouches in my room on my last day (we all stayed for 3 nights). Upon bringing this to the attention of... more

We attended a wedding in the Bakersfield area which is about 300 miles from home for us. We chose the Bakersfield Four Points Sheraton for the weekend. After a 5-hour drive (right through L.A. rush hour traffic) we were exhausted when we arrived and anxious to get checked in. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful, and asked... more

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful including the pool area. On initial view, the room appeared to be average, however, we soon became aware that the housekeeping was poor at best. We stayed 3 nights and never was our room fully stocked with even just basic items, such as towels. One day, they must not have done more than... more

Although I do appreciate this guests very honest feedback you can rest assured that this is an isolated incident. Our hotel executive housekeeper has been here for over 19 years and has always run a high quality hotel in cleanliness. Our guests also routinely tell us how great and clean our rooms are during their stay. I know this does...

This is possibly the best hotel I've stayed at for the value. It's a great location--very quiet. Rooms are exceptional, clean, and well supplied. Pool and spa are awesome! You can't go wrong at this wonderful hotel! more

This Hotel is situated in a business park, a mile or two from the freeway. The area was super quiet on the weekend when the offices are closed. There are nicely landscaped areas in the central courtyard where the pool is situated. The rooms were immaculate, nothing threadbare, and quiet. True, like another reviewer said, you can hear doors closing... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way through from AZ to OR. The room was huge, compared to most hotels we stay at. We had just stayed four nights in a Best Western in Tempe that had rock hard beds, so it was nice to be in a decent bed for a change. Not as comfortable... more

Just stayed one night at the Four Points in Bakersfield and it was just okay. The property is an old style motel and is reminiscent of a regular roadside motel. The hotel is located right in the middle of a business park and away from the interstate (where most of the hotels and motels in Bakersfield are located). There is... more

Booked 5 rooms at the hotel for a great rate thru Hotwire. Stayed with extended family traveling to attend a family event in Bakersfield. Hotel was clean and recently renovated. Arrived too early for check in, hung out in the lobby, enjoyed the A/C and used the lobby computer to find a lunch option nearby. Front desk was very friendly,... more

There are some good things about this hotel and many bad things. The good: The recent stylish renovation, the 42 inch HD tv and the spacious rooms. The bad: The bizarre, confusing and oddly "seedy hotel" feel of the layout. The incredibly thin walls. Refigerators and Microwaves listed as room amenities were not available. The staff was not the usual... more
