This place had reviews that were quite favorable. Because of the low price I was still a bit leery. It looked good from the outside but I knew better than to only go by that. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. O.K., I felt brave and got a room. It was quite large, clean and smelled fine. The bathroom... More

Just barely off the highway, very affordable, surprising quality, very friendly staff. We asked to see the room before we rented it and they were very accommodating. Shower temp and pressure was great. Fridge and microwave in the room. Big king size bed. We'll be back!

Was a little hard to find but that's it. Rooms are basic but we were just there to sleep. Bring pillows if you come though. We each sleep with 2 glad we had brought some from home. Would probably stay again.

Clean and inexpensive. No frills but good if just passing thru for the night. Parking lot well lit. No breakfast or cofee but that's okay as the price was definitely right. No shampoo provided but bath soap is.

My mom and I needed a clean, cheap hotel room for one night on our trip to New Orleans. We are fond of the Beale Street experience but didn't want to stay in the middle of the hustle of Memphis. We chose New Hampshire Inn for the price, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was spotless... More

What a pleasant surprise!!! We occasionally have to bring our gentle, older cat along on a trip, and I've come to dread what that means for hotels. Few places are really pet friendly (one place that billed itself as "pet friendly" but at check-in I found out that they meant "dog friendly only); and the rooms have always been disgusting.... Initially I was VERY happy with the room - especially considering the price (around 55). The room was very clean, had new carpet, paint, bathroom fixtures, cable, free wifi, fridge and microwave. Those are all the pluses of staying here. The negatives...the bed was so HARD. I have been camping across the western United States - sleeping on the ground... More

On a recent trip to the Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis, we stayed at the New Hampshire Inn. I was initially concerned about the location and quality of the inn. However theses concerns turned out to be unfounded. The Inn was ideally situated along I55 which provided us easy access to Memphis and the festival. It was approximately 7... More

Well, that is usually true. We didn't expect too much and we didn't even get that! We arrived late and had to get buzzed in to access the office (questionable neighborhood?) It is the same even at 10:30am. We booked on hotel.com for $45 plus tax. Pets allowed. We did not mention we had a small pet at check-in as... More

This place was overpriced and didn't serve breakfast....not even coffee!! Our first clue that we shouldn't stay there was when we arrived and went to went to walk in to see if they had any rooms available and found that the doors were locked and we had to buzz to get in. We knew right away that the neighborhood must... More
