Central location. Big, spacious rooms which were well equipped. Earplugs essential for good sleep as very noisy outside even in rooms off the front. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast served in restaurant below.

Stayed for two night's on our way to Coxs Bazar. On main road and reception on 4th floor. Friendly staff and good size rooms and OK price but had to use ear plugs to sleep. Breakfast was basic eggs toast juice.

Just a few doors down from the Peninsula and much better value. I have a lovely, huge single at about $42/night with breakfast. Super clean, flat screen TV, fridge, great wifi, kind staff. There's a bit of street noise, but not sure you'll avoid that anywhere in this town. Should I ever return, this is the only hotel I'd consider.

Whenever I am going to Chittagong I prefer to stay in this Hotel only due to its excellent Room and always smiling face of the Support Staff. Though its breakfast quality is very poor. But I admire it Old fashion furniture and comfortable bed. After full day working you feel homely atmosphere in the Hotel Room. Free Wifi facility available... More

It is one of the good hotels in Chittagong which is located centrally at C.D.A avenue. Many shopping centers are located in the area. Taxis and other local transportation are easily available. The entrance to the hotel is like a small gate leading to a long corridor, at the end of which is a lift to reach the reception of... More

If one is looking for a modest hotel in Chittagong, then this should be considered. Though the entrance and the hotel floors are not something to rave about but it is clean, well maintained and large. The rooms are large, clean (though the towels and bed sheets could be better) with adequate facilities. Could have been better maintained but probably the... More

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights. From here I planned my trips to Rangamati as a day trip and the other day was spent visiting Patenga Beach and Foy's lake. What was most important for me was the location on a main road. Bus terminals are a walking distance away and motorised three wheelers are quiet a frequent site. There... More

We spent a night at the Grand Park on route back from the Hill Tracks area. The room was very big, very clean and fairly well equipped (fridge, TV, wifi, a/c). There was a huge window that we could watch the world go by from. The staff were friendly and helpful, even giving us some suggestions of places to visit.... More

I agree with the previous review. Yes, the hotel is nice considering the location, huge space in the rooms, free internet and laundry services ... but the number of rooms are inadequate...so have to book well ahead to a room. Overall the hotel is good and the price is reasonable considering other hotels with same quality..

At first glance, this place looks a bit gloomy, with brown doors, curtains, furniture. But we stayed a week and were quite comfortable there. It is located on the very busy (and noisy) CDA Avenue. So there are shops, restaurants, ATM machines close on hand. Reception is on the 4th floor, reached by a lift. The hotel is next door... More
