I stayed with my family in the Villas at Panaca. The house was great. The food at the hotel and all the staff were very friendly and kind. I thoroughly recommend this place and the coffee region to everyone to visit. The attractions nearby are of great variety, including Panaca itself.

This was the second time I rented a Villa ( called Finca). Fincas are cabanas with private pools. I was charged about $500 a night. I was assigned to Portal 12, a filthy house with cracking paint, a dirty pool deck, poorly equiped with a kitchen with no hardware to cook or dine, and covered with dust from the nearby... More

The hotel is really nice. Excelent food. People in the hotel was kind. The hotel is themed so dont expect a 5 star hotel. The ambient is a colombian farm-like with horses and ponys everywhere. Very clean... wonderful stay. 1 bad thing: the check in took like 1 hour and we had to wait in the the lobby. If you... More

We got off to a rough start at the hotel, my cousin and I had two small children and of course needed strollers for at least one, and they put us all the way in the back, after waiting for a while for rooms. It was far away from everything, and the road to get back there was all rocks,... More

My father-in-law booked this resort for a family trip. It was an incredible opportunity for every member of the family to relax and have fun. My 7 year old son would leave our hotel room by 6:30 every morning and walk about 20 feet to a small open stable where he would milk the cows. He would then feed the... More

First off, the people that gave this resort a negative review are idiots. Not sure what they are complaining about? No wifi, big deal, you are on vacation, get off your computer or phone and enjoy the resort! No AC, so what! They provide fans, it was a little warm but we were fine. We had a group of 9... More

Three stars is being generous, but because the area is spectacularly gorgeous and one feels perfectly safe at this hotel, it seems fair. My Colombian husband and I have traveled extensively and we were looking forward to our Decameron Panaca stay with our parents. Unfortunately, our experience was a great disappointment. The staff - both at the Decameron Panaca and... More

Our company convention was there, a pretty normal Hotel, the nicest think was the easy access to Panaca. The food was really good and diverse, but was a shock for me to find that the hotel does not have a free Wi-Fi connection for gests, pretty shocking.

The Decameron in Panaca is a great place to stay if your are traveling with your parents, partner and/or kids because there is something there for everyone. The Eje Cafetero is a particularly welcoming area in Colombia, and the staff of the Decameron hotel and of the Park Panaca are not the exception, we found that they will do everything they... More
