Very nice place hotel. It is across the street from September 27 Park which is well lite and has book fairs and folk dance contest. It is within walking distance of 2 malls and is in the history American Colony area. The front desk employees spoke English very well.

Easy check in/out. All the staff I encountered were friendly, though, other than the Reception Desk, English challenged. I only had breakfast and lunch. Breakfast, though very limited, was good, pricey for what was offered. Lunch off the menu, adequate. Central to many things local. WIFI VERY poor for connection. I would stay here again, if travelling.

We pass by Los Mochis at night and decided to spend the night in a hotel that we already knew. We found Best Western in the GPS. Well, the hotel is nice, but a little outdated.... had better days... the carpets in the hallways very dirty, not just soil, little pieces of paper or whatever.... rooms are not bad, spacious... Nice hotel...very clean and very pleasant staff. They provide complementary WIFI which is great (don't understand why other chains don't do this). And the food in the restaurant is also really good. Location is also good, really close to the staple restaurant of this city (El Farallon)

We came to Los Mochis for the yearly meeting of the Botanical Gardens Society in Mexico, the Asociación Mexicana de Jardínes Botánicos. We tried booking early at another well known Mexican business travel hotel, City Express, but their booking toll-free was so lousy we gave up. We did call the Best Western toll-free and after a couple of calls we... More

Stayed here one night with friends having arrived on El Chepe. Arrived late and were told by the desk that the restaurant was still serving; but when we went in there they weren't. And we were only just in time to order room service. The buffet breakfast was very nice. But then again at lunchtime were were told that the... More

I had booked the room via Priceline. Upon arrival I presented my confirmation that I had a paid reservation. The hotel claimed they had no record of the payment or reservation. David who was at the front desk put little effort into finding a solution to the problem, but graciously offered to charge me 50% more for a suite (conveniently... More

Stayed one night after El Chepe, no complaints. Arrived at midnight and had to walk next door to eat at Burger King, but area is very safe and we found locals very friendly, eager to practice their English. VERY good breakfast. Spotless hotel, well located in a good part of town. This is definitely a business-oriented but still good for... More

A little confusion, this hotel is not really rated #2 in Los Mochis. The Best Western Hotel Posada Freeman Zona Dorada, which is located on the beach is #2. This is rated #7. Typical modern Best Western located in a good area for restaurants, shopping, banking, train station and bus depots. Everything is up to American standards. The online photos... More

The hotel is only about 5 minutes from the bus station and maybe 15 min from the train station. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly. we didn't use any of the facilities as we came in late and departed early for the 6am departure of Chepe, but it all looked very nice and inviting. good value for price...
