Excellant hotel. The rooms are very roomy. The location is great. The pool is awesome and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. They called me by my name every time I went by the front desk. I will definately stay here again! more

If you are even thinking of booking a trip anywhere in the Copper Canyon please contact Alejandra. She set up every part of our trip from Chihuahua, the Copper Canyon train tickets and all of our hotels w/ meals, transfers and fishing reservations. Well, I'm not sure where the screw up was but to arrive in Los Mochis at 3am and no transfer to greet you is a bit unnerving. Luckily there were plenty of taxi touts to take our business. The bigger shock was to find the man at the front desk (I daren't call him 'manager') was too busy chatting to... more
