We arrived early at the Pink Beach Club and were greeted by really friendly staff. Initial impressions of the Club is of an oldy wordly English hotel. upon check in our bags were taken straight to our suite and we were given a complimentary famous Rum swizzler which was delgihtful. We looked around the hotel and it looked very homely.... more

My husband and I have visited PBC many times over the past 25 years with each trip being absolutely wonderful. Unfortnately, we were very disappointed across the board during our most recent, and last, visit to this resort. There are VERY few guests at this hotel and we stayed in May - a favorite time for Bermuda tourists. We never... more

The food was good, the staff very gracious, the views spectacular. We stayed in Seacliff 12. We loved it because we had our very own beach area, down a set of stairs, ideal for reading and watching the waves and parrot fish. It was the furthest on that end of the hotel which meant we only had neighbors to one... more

We spent Thanksgiving 2008 at Pink Beach and found it spectacular. We consisted of 13 people in three generations, including a 2, 3,4 and 5 year old. This was our first visit to Pink Beach, having previously always gone to Horizons. We can't say enough about the accomodations, the staff, the locale, and the restaurant. They were phenomenally kid-friendly and... more

We (three sisters) ,went to Bermuda for a once in a lifetime vacation. We had a fabulous time during our Sept. get -away. The location of The Pink Beach Club is beautiful. We had a perfect view of the ocean, and were thrilled with the sound of the waves breaking on the shore directly outside of our suite. We were,... more

We just returned from a 4 night stay at the Pink Beach Club and loved every bit of it. The staff was so helpful, fun and friendly including Allison at the front desk who gave wonderful suggestions of activities to do. The food was delicious and varied every night. We stayed in Seacliff 8 and the room was large, clean... more

Although the hotel is ideally located, that is all that's ideal. This hotel is in deperate need of a make-over. For the price, the rooms are dated and lacking in amenities (no tv, no mini-bar, etc.). The service was not much better. There is no room service apart from breakfast and no service at the beach. You can't even get... more

It is ironic that hotel belongs to the SMALL LUXURY HOTELS OF THE WORLD collection. The only true luxury there - an increadible proximity of the beach. Property in major need of renovation. Living accommodations are below standards. Mediocre appointed rooms, outdated air conditioning units located right above beds, rusty metal bed frames, ant infested bedding. We were covered in... more

We booked PBC after reviewing on Trip Adviser and elsewhere - it looked great. The reality was seriously underwhelming. We had booked a one bed suite on the beach which was in a great location but very very tired and damp with plug sockets hanging off the wall and a bathroom that would have been more suited to a $100... more

After seeing some negative reviews we had set our expectations before we arrived. We moved from the over crowded and disappointing Fairmont Southampton to the quite and wonderful Pink Beach Club. We booked a delux ocean front cottage and thats exactly what we got, the empty pink beach was steps away where you could swim with the giant Rainbow Parrot... more
