We stayed at Killarney Lodge for 4 days. The only thing that would have made the trip better, would be if the weather was better. Unfortunately, it rained a lot and was chilly, so we didn't do as much outdoors as we would have liked. However, the lodge and it's staff are fabulous. It's true it is a little pricey,... More

The place is clean, cute and well organized. Our cabin on the point was fine and everything worked well. Bring your own wine and other drinks; they have free soft drinks and water and ice. We used the canoe extensively and really enjoyed the streams and adjoining lakes. You can canoe for miles from the lodge up two adjoining rivers,... More

Thank you for your complimentary comments about the lodge. We're delighted to hear that you would return again. It is spectactular here in the fall, but you should try to avoid the late Sept and early Oct weekends when the Park can be incredibly busy. We were sorry to hear your comment about some of the staff. As a whole... More

We stay there 3 day and 2 night. 3 meals inclusive during our stay. Cozy and clean room, delicious meals. Kayak and canoe at the back of our cabin, we can just take them to the lake. Nice to go with a group.

Wow what a holiday get away, we had a wonderful cabin set amongst the trees with our deck overlooking the lake which made us feel quite private. The staff on site went out of their way to ensure that we had all that we needed. The food was superb and I would definately recommend the ribs. We had great fun... More

We are so happy we chose to stay at the Killarney Lodge for our honeymoon in Algonquin Park. The cabins were cozy and clean. We had a private porch that had a wonderful view of the lake (so beautiful to wake up to each morning). We were also completely spoiled by the delicious and quality meals three times a day.... More

We are delighted that you were so happy spending your honeymoon here with us. In particular we really appreciate your comments about the staff ... they are the ones who deserve all the credit. You know, our average staff member has been with us for 10-15 years ... all the way up to two of our cooks who have been... More

Algonquin Park, a glorious public landscape of rocks, woods and water is perhaps the most painted and revered place in eastern Canada. And at the center of it, Killarney Lodge, perched on a narrow spit in the Lake of Two Rivers. The cabins are comfy, the bathrooms better outfitted than many condos and the meals inventive, the dessert sundae s... More

We had such a fun time! My dad and I saw 3 moose, a deer, turkeys, and turtles. We were so grateful to be asked to stay another night! The food was DELICIOUS! This was an amazing experience! And the cabin was so cozy! And the moose peed! Thank you for your amazing hospitality, Killarney Lodge!

Our fourth visit to this charming Algonquin lodge proved to us we need to visit more often. Cosy log cabins edge a penninsula jutting into one of the Park's major lakes, each cabin with it's own canoe and private rocky shore. Inside, the comfortable pine cabins are furnished tastefully with no telephones or television. Wireless internet is available in it's... More

We stayed here on their opening weekend for a couple of nights, and had a great retreat from the city. The cabin had obviously been fixed up over the winter, as it still slightly smelled of varnish. We had a shoreline room, which did face the highway. Unlike other reviewers we didn't have an issue with traffic noise, despite sitting... More

We stayed at Killarney for a few nights, on the web site we read about the gourmet packed lunches which we were really excited about, since we were not keen to travel back to the accommodation for lunch. Sadly our packed lunch wasn't so gourmet, bread roll with meat and lettuce, some cheeze snacks, carrot and celery sticks and drinks.... More
