This was our first visit to Adventure Lodge. My inlaws have visited the "Couples Resort" on many occasions and as this is their"sister" property, we felt it would be a better fit for us as we planned on a outdoor getaway rather than a spa/R&R getaway. Both resorts appealed to us as they were exclusive couples/adults only. However, this was... More

I am thankful that you found Ken and Penny to be good Hosts and friendly and helpful during your stay. Hopefully you did enjoy the outdoors that you came to find, that you went out canoeing or kayaking and that you used the free park pass to hike the many trails in Algonquin Park. The cabins are meant to be... More

We wanted a peaceful, relaxing weekend and we got that and more. Cabins are large and come with a big jacuzzi, fireplace, tv and mini-fridge. We stayed in the Virgin Island which is at the very end of all the lodges - very peaceful and quiet - highly recommended. Lots of activities as the lodges are on a semi-private river.... More

This is our second time staying at this resort (with our two dogs) and i'm sure we will be back again next year. This resort is our little get away from the big city and has everything you need. The lodges are clean, comfortable and relaxing. The food is great with plenty of options to choose from. We really love... More

Nothing bad can be said about this place. I remember our first ever visit, and how it exceeded all our expectations. The location is serene and relaxing. Very close to the park and all of the activities but the lodges feel surprisingly private with your own personal space. The cabins have everything we need to feel at home. The breakfasts... More

We spontaneously booked this last Friday for this past weekend. We stayed in the Tobago cabin. It was perfect. Jacuzzi tub, king sized bed and a nice porch. Clean and all the details were thought of. Mini fridge even had fresh ice cubes ready to go. Pack of matches and glass wine glasses. The resort was so quiet and beautiful... More

This was our THIRD stay here … and I'm very disappointed to say we won't be back again. First the positive: We love the location next to Algonquin Park and as always, we had a great time exploring the various trails, hand-feeding wild birds, taking nature photos, etc., etc.! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We like them very... More

Had a nice overnight in the St. Lucia cabin - all the comforts with the appeal of a cabin. Had a large hottub and fireplace. The manager is also the chef and we had a delicious meal! Bring your own wine (no charge). Skidoo trails near by though we just walked near the river.

Thank your for your response. Glad you could spoil yourselves in the jacuzzi fireplace cabin. Ken does cover all jobs and with such a small place it is a delight for him and his wife Penny. More
