I cannot imagine a summer without a trip to Bartlett lodge. Everything fits so perfectly here. Starting with the location. Driving trough Algonquin park sets the mood for a fantastic day. Taking the tiny boat across from the landing sets the mood. The short term " captain" was such a treat. He certainly packed a lot of laughter into the... More

My husband and I stayed for a night during hour honey moon trip through Canada. It was our most expensive night but we really loved it! We stayed in one of the lovely suites and if it wasn't so far we'd turn it into a yearly habit. We liked that you were able to borrow canoes as well as SUPs... More

In the center of the Algonquin park, this hotel+ restaurant is such a lovely place. They come to pick you up with a boat just for you ( and your luggages ;) We were 2 friends doing a road trip, so we shared a cabin and that was perfect : 2 separate beds and a balcony with a view on... More

We stayed 2 nights in Spring Ice cabin. It was very comfortable with a screened porch, though a little hidden in the trees - if we go again I'd go for a cabin with a slightly more open position and a better view of the lake. The food was amazing - 5 course meals of a very high standard -... More

Very enjoyable and restful stay. Perfect hideaway location. The visit begins with a water taxi across the lake and then you are taken to your cabin or tent. Free access to canoes and other water sports equipment adds to the experience. The food is spectacular. 5 course tasting menu and bring your own wine with a full range of interesting... More

It was exactly the weekend my wife and I hoped that it would be - a mix of relaxation in a spectacular setting, mini-adventure, and some great, great food. The location --- perfectly situated on the lake (and centrally located along Highway 60 in the park). The fact that the lodge is boat access only is awesome. It was an... More

We stayed for 2 nights at the lodge. The bungalows with the lake view were very nice, and very quiet. The food in the restaurant was really awesome, we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast very much. A good choice of foods, nicely prepared and presented. Having booked a package including dinner, a lunch and a bottle of wine, we could... More

We stayed in Summer Day a cottage towards the edge of the resort. It was quiet and comfortable with a screened porch overlooking the lake. The meals were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. We canoed and kayaked from the lodge and hiked the trail at the lodge as well as other Algonquin trails nearby. The boat was always... More

We stayed here twice this spring. The first time was for the Camp Tanamakoon open house and tour and the second was for 2 nights when our daughter attended camp Tanamakoon, which is not far and owned by the same people. We absolutely loved it here, the staff were amazing, the food was incredible, the setting was fantastic and just... More

If you love being immersed in nature and want to enjoy a 5-star culinary experience, this is the place for you! We loved everything about this place - the location in Algonquin Park, the well appointed cabin, the myriad of paddling equipment (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boats, row boat), and the absolutely exquisite food. Foodies will love the selection... More
