Excellent seafood bar and restaurant.High quality menu with wonderful food well presented. We didn't stay at the hotel. We ate in the informal bar (same menu as in restaurant) because we wanted to see the local traditional music. It seems that the whole village of Plockton turns out to hear the music after 9.30 on Thursdays - there were about... More

lovely lunch with for seven, good choice of menu with great food. Very relaxed atmosphere and would have enjoyed having a few drinks afterwards though not in our time schedule. Would recommend visiting, some windows have a great outlook.

Starting with accommodation: comfortable if slightly old fashioned and the room was quite small for one person. The food was excellent, breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety, the evening meal of haggis, neeps and tatties was well worth having, most enjoyable, The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Would I go again? most certainly yes but... More

I stayed at The Plockton Inn with my brother in March for 4 nights. This was the 3rd time that I have stayed here and again it did not disppoint. Despite a mix up when about being picked up from the train station, it was a lovely day when we arrived and the 15 minute (mainly downhill) walk to the... More

Had lunch here whilst on holiday with the family. Can honestly say it's one of the best lunches we've had in a long time. Haggis for my husband langoustine for our getting adventurous daughter and prawn tails for myself. Can easily see why this place has such a good reputation, locally sourced food with excellent service from the staff. Half... More

Could not get a room at the Plockton Inn as it was fully booked during a recent stay, however we enjoyed two great meals during a three day visit. The seafood was fantastic, all staff were really helpful and could not have done any more to accommodate our requirements. Top marks and look forward to returning later this year.

Large wet room/toilet with plenty of hot water. Accommodation for bed and breakfast, dinner extra. Breakfast in spacious dining room and good choices to start the day. Served promptly and just... We stayed here for two nights in a special Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate. Great value for money. Seafood was excellent and scenery amazing. Great base for touring around Skye and surrounding area. Stayed in accommodations across road from Inn which had views of water front.
