I loved this little B&B and it was my favourite one on our trip round Scotland. We were looking for a B&B directly in Plockton so we could leave the car in the evening and not having to drive somewhere for dinner so in this respect the An Caladh was just perfect. An Caladh was a pleasant B&B which provides the normal services and comfort for this price range B&B. The only thing we did not like were the thin walls and that we could hear all kind of sounds from our neighbours bathroom :) However, Plockton is a must see! My husband and I visited Plockton in March 2007, and we loved it! An Caladh is a lovely little B&B set right on the main street overlooking the water. Our hosts, Anna and Bob, were kind and accomodating. Breakfasts were wonderful, and our bedroom had a view of the water... we even watched a gorgeous rainbow one day from it.... more
Phoned and booked a one night stay in the above quest house BUT left a wee bit disappointed.
