We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tigh Arran and would highly recommend this b&b. The accommodation is of a very high standard, warm and immaculately clean. Our working collies slept in the landrover so the off-road parking is a bonus for us. The views are stunning. Iain and Mary are lovely; they are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, again... More

This B&B could not have been nicer - very clean, comfortable, up-to-date room, a really excellent made-to-order Scottish breakfast, and very friendly and welcoming hosts. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Note: the questions below seem to pertain more to hotels than B&Bs, but I've tried to answer them anyway.

The hosts of this B&B, Mary and Ian went way beyond the call of duty to make our stay easy. I would imagine that most guests staying here would arrive by car which would make this B&B very easy to get to. However, we were travelling by train and this proved to be both a challenge and an adventure. The... More

We booked two rooms at this B & B in August. We weren't disappointed. Probably has the best views of any B & B we've stayed at. Stunning views of Isle of Skye. Rooms very comforable and very good breakfast.

Mary and Iain have a really nice home. It's very comfortable, quiet and has great views of Skye. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful, and Iain was great in suggesting restaurants in Plockton. Driving up you pass Highland cattle and sheep just hanging out by the stream. Wonderful experience all around.

Stayed for one night, nothing bad to say, rooms spotless and very comfortable. Free Wifi available although no mobile reception. Breakfast was great too worth every penny.Although weather wasn't great you still got a view over to Skye.

Mary and Iain are great hosts and that is what makes this place great. They are very accommodating and full of local knowledge which they freely disperse. They anticipated our needs and were proactive about them. We are very thankful for making the stay perfect. The are is also very nice. There are orchids right behind the house, couple of... More
