Mary and Iain have a really nice home. It's very comfortable, quiet and has great views of Skye. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful, and Iain was great in suggesting restaurants in Plockton. Driving up you pass Highland cattle and sheep just hanging out by the stream. Wonderful experience all around.

Stayed for one night, nothing bad to say, rooms spotless and very comfortable. Free Wifi available although no mobile reception. Breakfast was great too worth every penny.Although weather wasn't great you still got a view over to Skye.

Mary and Iain are great hosts and that is what makes this place great. They are very accommodating and full of local knowledge which they freely disperse. They anticipated our needs and were proactive about them. We are very thankful for making the stay perfect. The are is also very nice. There are orchids right behind the house, couple of... More

As we were back in the area, we had to return to stay here with our friends and 2 dogs! Once again Mary & Iain were fantastic hosts - full of local knowledge and advice on where to eat and visit. Iain happily booked us into two fantastic places in Plockton for food - if you stay here, follow his... More

My wife and I spent one night here. The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also of a good size and included a bath. We were met by Mary who showed us to our room and also made reservations for us for dinner in town. We enjoyed a cooked breafast which set us up for the days... More

We were lucky to find this BnB on the morning of the day we wanted to stay. It about 2 miles from Plockton which, at short notice, is usually fully booked; this is one of the downsides of an unplanned itinerary. On the other hand, this is how you find gems like Tigh Arran and once found it was well... More

This family property is about 2 miles uphill from Plockton, in the village of Duirinish. The inconvenience of not being in Plockton is a minor compromise in view of the quality of the accommodation. The hillside location provides a lovely view of the fields, and the village with a burn (large stream) passing through the centre. There are many good pictures... More

Rooms are wonderful with ensuite facilities. Excellent choices for breakfast. Beautiful views over the water to Skye and surrounding islands. Dont miss this B&B as it is... More

This Bed and Breakfast is wonderful! The village it is located in has free roaming sheep and Highland Cows during the day ~ it is so fantastic and dream like. As for the Bed and Breakfast itself, it is comfortable and relaxed with beautiful views and our room and en suite bathroom were really spacious. Iain and Mary were wonderfully... More
