2006年6月12日（月）宿泊 日本国、愛知県在住 四号駆逐戦車L/70が書きました ハイ・シーズンの Lochinver の宿は、何所も連泊しか受け付けないようですが、オーナーの Cathel氏に無理を言って、一泊だけ泊めてもらいました。 部屋の窓からは海ではなく、山の斜面しか見えず少し残念でしたが、それを補って余りあるのが、Cathel氏の笑顔と朝食の美味しさ！ イギリスで食べるベーコンってやたら塩辛く、ソーセージも日本のソーセージとは味付けが違い、それはしょうがない事だと思っていましたが、間違いなく今までイギリスで食べたベーコン＆ソーセージの中ではＮo１です。 ブラック・プディングは、これまで自分でも「好きなのか？嫌いなのか？」よく解からなかったんですが、ここのを食べて「あぁ、僕はブラック・プディングが好きなんだ！」と思い知らされました。 Lochinver という場所が、日本人にはマイナーで、連泊するとなればリスクがありますが、山登りやフィッシングが趣味で連泊出来るなら是非おすすめしたいです。 more
