This was our first stay on our recent vacation. Our room was wonderful and spotless! Both my husband and I slept very well. The bathroom was awesome! I enjoyed looking out our window to view Jedburgh Abbey peeking through the trees. Off-street parking was tight but workable. Amanda's breakfasts were delicious and the very best of our trip. We'd stay... More

On a recent bike ride to Scotland our third and last over night stop of the journey was spent at Airenlea in Jedburgh. We had a gorgeous room with the wonderfully comfortable bed, we were made very welcome by Amanda the owner who provided a lovely breakfast the following morning... We will definitely be back to Jedburgh maybe for the... More

Airenlea was our third B&B along our trek on St. Cuthbert's Way in the borders area of Scotland. It is located very close to the historic part of Jedburgh for an easy walk to see the important historic sites. Mary Queen of Scotts' house is only a ten minute walk, for example. Our host helped us select a fine restaurant... More

Quite why this B&B isn't rated No1 in Jedburgh is a complete mystery to me. Perhaps it is something to do with the comments made by the reviewer in June who I can only assume is either barking mad or had an ulterior motive. The accommodation is, I assure you, fabulous. The breakfast, divine with an extensive choice. Do ask... More

The room number 1 is very modern and stylish. The bathroom is new and has a big and comfortable shower. The breakfast was very good! The Location is good and only a short distance from the Abbey. Unfortunately, the two beds werde too soft.

Booking is an easy experience and things just get better. Having stayed several times when visiting relatives nearby we have experienced the same great level of friendly service from the first visit. Even on an occasion when Airenlea was full Amanda went to the trouble of finding us somewhere almost as good in the area. The bedrooms are very comfortable... More

We stayed here in April on our way up to the Highlands and I have only just got round to reviewing this lovely B&B. The owners were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us booking a table and ordering a taxi. The views from the room were super. We stayed in the superior double and it was spotless. The... I stayed at Airenlea recently and what a lovely weekend we spent in Scotland. There was a lot of choice but after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, we decided to stay here. The room was spotless and the bed so comfy. Very modern and clean bathroom, looked like it had been recently refurbished. The breakfast was excellent, as good... More

Checkout 10am on a SUNDAY morning?! I stayed here with my partner for one night. Hostess was completely disinterested from the word go. Two days before our stay we had filled in a form via the booking website (asking us for any special requirements) informing them that I didn't eat meat and would like a vegetarian breakfast. Shouldn't be a... More

Dear Baffiidi Gaffi. Despite what you say, you made this booking at 11pm on a Friday for arrival on the Saturday. We do not advertise that we cater for vegetarians. We have enough choices on our breakfast menu for our guests that do follow this diet and I think you would be hard pushed to find "vegetarian sausages" even on... More

Having booked a last minute stay whilst travelling on business I am pleased to say that I found a little gem in Airenlea, Jedburgh. All round excellent stay. Lovely surroundings, great nights kip, great breakfast and lovely people. Could do with a bit more space for parking but other than that, flawless. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.
