Classic Parador on top of a hill in a historical place and walking distance to the historical part of Reus. Nice room and atmosphere. Good for relaxing and exploring the town, or simply staying by the pool.

Used this hotel for a couple of nights stopover, for which it is ideal. A lovely old building with view of Tortosa and surrounding area. Not a great deal to do in the town itself. Breakfast was limited choice. We found service very good apart from the bar, where there was only one member of staff serving at a very... More

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, all fairly basic, Location not particularly desirable, Ladies of the night in abundance, Staff need some training in customer service, restaurant was pretentious and overpriced with limited choice, The location meant that access to alternatives was limited and the local area did not feel very safe at night. Breakfast at 16 euros per... More

Tortosa is a nice town. Standing on a corner of river Ebro, not too far from its delta, has got a historical downtown where you still can breathe the ancient brightness of this Arabic capital in the Middle Ages, and a flourishing Christian Bishopric later. Nowadays though, the Cathedral is falling into pieces, many old buildings of the historic district... More

The Parador has incredible views for 360 degrees of Tortosa, a city founded in Roman times. Being the castle, it is the highest points of this stunning town. Rooms were large and very much in character of the history. Wifi was good and reliable and staff were pleasant. We have stayed in several Paradors and can only say that you... More

We decided to do a bit of a tour of North East Spain and booked the hotel for the last two nights as it was close to our apartment in Cambrils, we hadn't stayed at a Parador and there was a festival on in Tortosa. The location is fabulous, overlooking the old town and set in the former Castle. From... More

After a long haul flight from Sydney our two nights in Tortosa were just bliss. This Parador provides a sense of history, great food and a tranquil rooftop pool area along very with a commanding view of the town. We booked a well-appointed junior suite with four poster bed. Our only suggestion would be Spanish or period music as the... More

My partner and I spent one night in the parador of Tortosa ! The view of the parador is very nice and you really feel like being in a medieval castle. The swiming pool is nice too ! We had diner at the restaurant of the Parador and it was DELICIOUS with lovely waiters ! I would only recommend the... More
