No doubt that the hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but there's nothing worse than receiving bad service. The staff was nice, yes, but we had a HUGE problem for the one night that we were there and all we got was a "sorry." The room we stayed at had apparently a broken pipe issue (which they later... Dear Guest: I apologize for the inconvenience Customers in the room above yours caused a massive overflow of water during 30 minutes which caused the leaks in your room Unfortunately The hotel was fully booked and it´s true that we couldn´t change you to another room. We hope to compensate you in future occasions Thanks a lot More

We stayed in a charming small hotel just outside the historic village. The location was superb. We were on a small park used by everyone, tourists and locals alike. The staff of the hotel could not have been nicer. There were public rooms to lounge in, a bar, and a garden off it to relax and have a drink. Some... More

The location of this hotel next to a park was fine for visiting the historic area of Santillana del Mar, which was just a short walk up the road. The Altamira Cave Museum is a short drive away. The hotel is picturesque, with antiques and wood accents, and there is parking available on the street. The staff are nice and... More

Just loved our spacious room, with dark beams, lovely furniture and... WHOOHOOOOO; the jacuzzi! Very friendly staff, breakfast was fine/okay. Free WiFi. Didn't see much of the village, despite the 3 minutes walk; stayed in the tub all day...

You just won`t believe that you can stay in such an exquisitely kept and furnished hotel for such a modest cost - just beautiful. Located on the edge of town ( just 5 mins walk from main street) in a quiet road overlooking an open space this hotel had been rebuilt in a traditional style but the attention to detail... More

What a delightful hotel, in a wonderful location. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is modern but built in a traditional Spanish style, the bedroom was large with a comfortably equipped bathroom and an enormous double bed. The room was immaculately maintained during our stay by a happy smiling team. The breakfasts were brilliant, I... More

The old town is marvelous although touristic and almost too cute but that's what so great about that place. Not May people were at the time so it wasn't crowded at all. This hotel is super. The staff are very friendly and much informative, the rooms are clean, comfortable and wide and the value for money is just as it... More

Great hotel which is only a short walk to the pretty old town. We had a large double room with double sink bathroom and jacuzzi bath. When we arrived (early evening) it was busy outside so we parked a short distance from the hotel. However, after a walk round the town and coming back to the hotel for dinner there... More

Excellent for parking and access to pedestrianised town. Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and comfortable spacious rooms. Wide and filling breakfast choice. We walked from here to Altimira Caves and the Zoo is also walking distance.

Well kept and clean rooms. Comfortable bathroom. Great location especially if you want to avoid the buses (many tourist groups in this small place). The Lobby and dining room are very comfortable, nice decoration and make you want to stay more. Staff friendly. Very good value.
