We had a delightful time at the hotel; we will definitely come again. It is on a lovely historic tree lined street in a beautiful historic house. With just a handful of tastefully decorated rooms, impressive public areas, a lovely breakfast buffet and fantastic service from Matt (the manager) the place feels very special and intimate. In the warmer months... More

Amazing. Stayed here with my parents. We were so well looked after. Breakfast was amazing : a varied, carefully planned smorgasbord of delicacies both local and international. The manager was so attentive, thoughtful and warm. The best elements of a luxe hotel combined with the warmth of a family hotel. Professional throughout and a must stay venue in Soller.

The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion, and room 7 was stunningly decorated, with gorgeous views of the mountains. The location is perfect, on a quiet street a couple minutes' walk from the square. It's easy to get the bus to Valldemossa and the train to Palma (both beautiful journeys and destinations) and there are great places to eat nearby.... More

In Soller on a chilly January afternoon. Spotted the sign in the window. Cocktails! Vodka martinis! Just what we fancied. In we went. Hotel was very appealing but nobody about. A bell on reception invited us to press. We did. Nobody appeared. We were about to leave when a charming young man appeared. He enquired if we were ok. We... More

I had a flying tip to the Island and chose to stay in L'Avenida. What an excellent choice I made. From start to finish the staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged a taxi to collect me from the air port and when I arrived I could not believe how lovely my room was. A vast comfortable bed... More

I stayed just one very brief night sadly but will definitely go back for longer. The owners and managers are really such nice people and so helpful. I had room 9 which was very nice. Very comfortable bed and huge bathroom (but with just a shower - but a nice one). Breakfast the next day was good too. They helped... More

What a lovely boutique hotel! We received a warm and personal welcome by managers Matthew and Laura. They gave us valuable recommendations for the amazing hiking trails in the area as well as restaurants closeby the hotel and were just overall very friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a beautiful old building with amazing decor in the rooms and... More

Just arrived back home after a wonderful week at this hotel. Such a wonderful welcome - a glass of chilled cava and then shown to our fabulous room with lovely views of the mountains. Matthew, Laura and team are amazing. I second other peoples statements about nothing being too much trouble. We had a hired car which we didn't want... More

We have just returned from 6 days in this wonderful hotel in the prettiest street in Soller and with the most welcoming of hosts, Mathew and Laura and the rest of the staff. Nothing is too much for them to make your stay relaxing an enjoying. Excellent restaurants down the road, round the corner or a quick and cheap taxi... More

Picture a beautiful old building, lovely condition , situated in the middle of a mountain valley. Picture a 5 minute walk to the town square with great restaurants and cafes. A 8 Euro cab ride or 10 Euro tram ride to a lovely beach and port with numerous fine dinning establishments as well as cafes. The hotel staff, all, guided... More
