Just visited this hotel for 4 nights with my sister. We booked a superior room and WOW what a view we had. Fantastic vista of the whole bay. The public rooms in the hotel are very good, I would say 4 star. The room we had was a bit dated and had no draw space. It was very basic but... More

Stayed here 2nd - 9th may , we were in the front of the hotel in a sea view room and boy was it worth it, what a view , the room was clean and tidy, but if you like us and love your tea bring a travel kettle with you. One downside is the hotel charge for use of... More

We spend 9 days at the Eden in late April. On arrival we were told that the room we had booked, a Superior Seaview room, would not be available till the next day & in the meantime we would be given a Superior room at the back of the hotel. This meant we could not unpack until the next day,... More

Nice hotel with good location on the water and near the tram stop. The hotel is nothing special and a little cookie cutter- caters to large for groups. Stayed in the off season and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. Breakfast Buffett is large and good variety

We booked a superior double room with a sea view and were not disappointed. Our room was on the top floor at very front of the hotel below the hotel sign. The view was spectacular, the sun shone on our balcony for most of the day. We often sat on the balcony with a little glass of wine soaking up... More

We have only visited the Eden to take advantage of the excellent-value evening meal. The quality of the food is remarkable, there is an amazing variety, and it is unbelievable value-for-money. Highly recommended!

Have stayed here many times but was disappointed with my last trip. The hotel is basically a base for walkers, I assume early and late season because of the heat in the Summer months. This trip we were overwhelmed by the walkers who dominated the restaurant taking large quantities of food and then filling bags to take out food to... More

We got a room here on spec, although out of season some hotels were full.We paid 75 euros for a smallish but perfectly OK double room,it was clean, comfortable bed and well stocked en suite. It had a sea/harbour view and a balcony.A tv that had plenty of satellite channels. An excellent buffet breakfast included, that had a large variety of continental and cooked food.There... The hotel is well situated in the town and there are excellent walking opportunities nearby. The catering is simple, but very acceptable. There is an outdoor swimming pool, but unfortunately it is not heated so it too cold to use in March.
