My friend and I enjoyed a delightful holiday at this hotel. We were treated so well, even before we arrived, with fast responses to our emails. The staff in all departments were a delight. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The real highlight was the food. Delicious, inventive, stylish and very tasty. We want to go back again soon.

A definite thumbs up from us. Small hotem staff friendly and attentive, the whole experience was very positive and very relaxing. breakfast buffet was extensive and as long as you aren't fixed in your ways and adapt to a more eoropean way of eating you will enjoy the selection. Pool on roof has fantastic mountain views as does the small... More

An impressive building well located for the town square ( a charming unspoilt evening destination ,under the watchful eye of an impressive church , flanked by some good value restaurants and traversed by the tram that links the railway station with Puerto de Soller), next door to the covered market and only 50 metres from a tram stop. As you... More

This hotel is in a great location and looks lovely from the outside, but having treated ourselves to 5 star in numerous places around the world this just didn't match up. We were upgraded on arrival to a larger room, but it didn't have a balcony and the air con didn't work. The thing that disappointed me was the lack... More

Ok first things first it's not five star but it is very nice. Great breakfast served in the garden by friendly staff, good bar for a nightcap and the restaurant is quality too. Our room was not over huge but nice enough with super views out across to the mountains. The rooftop pool very pleasant and there is also an... More

We stayed at Gran Hotel Soller for 2 nights. The hotel is really lovely and the rooms were great. It is in a great location and it is east to get around. The staff are all friendly and were helpful when we asked questions about the area. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was definitely the highlight. Absolutely... More

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are very nicely appointed; bathrooms especially are gorgeous. Hotel staff was friendly; most spoke English quite well. Decent breakfast in the morning. Very nice rooftop pool. Hotel front desk staff very nice, but more administrative than service or concierge.....we were hoping they could assist us with some trouble that we were having with reservations on one of... More

I stayed at the Gran Hotel Soller shortly after the opening and recalled it as centrally located with nice rooms, a fair restaurant and a friendly service. In August this year, I visited Soller again for a day trip. As I required a taxi, I went to the reception of the Gran Hotel and asked the receptionist, Martina, whether she... More

Almost ten years after its opening, Gran Hotel Sóller is still a very good choice if you would like to go for a convenient but quiet downtown location in Sóller. Hotel is in a nicely restored historic building with lots of charme. The hotel is not really 5 star (at least not according to international standards) but still offers an... More

Arrived the receptionist was wonderful, spoke very good English, service was a little slow at Lunch, orders seem to get mixed up with tables, and other people got food before others, staff very friendly.
