This hotel has it all, beautiful views, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and great meals. I cannot say enough. Having travelled many places in Europe this is perhaps the most beautiful and the hotel compliments the surrounding area. more

Hotel is excellent for a 3 star - rooms have a reasonable amount of space with a/c, beds are firm, balconies overlook the port and mountains - wondeful views! The hotel has an unusual layout, built to take advantage of the superb position on the hillside above the port. The previous reviewer mentions a short stroll up the hill - well all I can say is he must be much fitter then we are!! There are aprox 186 steps to a well earned drink in the rooftop bar. They do get easier but certainly no good for people with mobility problems. However, the pay off for all those steps... more

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's a short walk uphill out of the Port and as a result is very peaceful and has spectacular views across the bay.
