A wonderful hotel, steeped in history, and in a unique elocution. The village of Banyalbufar is worth a vidi tin itself, and to be able to stay there in a hotel owned and run by a local family is certainly worth the effort. Traditional home cooking is another worthwhile feature. The vets are stunning, particularly at sunset. The views from... More

I'll start with the postives: Banyalbufar is beautiful, the hotel is conveniently located, and has a great sea-view - watching the sunset from our private balcony was an amazing experience. The staff, however, was very unfriendly - to say the least. My friend had made a reservation on the phone, two days before we arrived. When we wanted to check-in, the... More

We just had a drink here watching the sunset on the outdoor terrace and it was the perfect place. It's a very quiet, locals town but amazing views. Very reasonable prices too. The food looked horrible though!

The only good point is the location and sea view. Air conditioning did but work. Really could hear our neighbour snoring. No hand soap. Wifi did not work in the room. Frustrating especially when we paid extra for better room! Breakfast and dinner served indoors and not on the terrace. What a waste!!! It was a real disappointment given the... More

We stayed 1night here on our journey to Deia. Firstly we paid €96 for the 2 of us for 1 night half board. Our expectations were not high. We already had visited the area several times so knew if the Baronia. Good points: Great views, good pool, great location. Food was tasty simple fayre. We were handed a laminated A4 copy... More

a perfectly located small hotel with great views and splendid food. We stayed there for 10 days enjoyed the hospitality of the owner and the personnel, the coffee in the morning on the terrace, the wine in the evening. Breakfast was the same every day, but of enough choice. The dinners were unique, rich, varied and not the common international... More

We came here at the end of October and were very pleased with what we got for the money we payed. The little old lady speaks English which is helpful. The room is basic but Very clean and perfectly formed. We had a room on the side of the building which had great views of a bit of the town... More

What a little paradise. A family hotel, calm, tranquil, clean, good healthy home cooked food in a graceful and charming setting. Rooms have balconies over looking the sea, and there are spacious sea-facing verandas where drinks are sipped after the evening meal. We did a half board in July 2013 and considered it excellent value for money. A swimming pool... More

If you want a TV or boisterous bar this is not for you. It is situated on the main street which is also a main road, but once inside peace and quiet descends. The welcome is warm, the rooms are very clean and uncluttered. We had 204, it has a balcony and sea view, it is brilliant. New bathrooms, wifi,... More

If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel, beach, sangria and ole ole, this is not your place. This is a nice small hostal/hotel located in a spectacular scenario: la Serra de Tramuntana. From the bar, your room or the swimming pool you can see the views of the sea and the mountains. It is a small... More
