The hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent service, polite staff , abundant amenities. Breakfast was so rich and so tasty, one had to try a little bit of everything. The pool was well taken care of! The only thing I missed, would be to walk to the city of Nafplio, instead of using... I have stayed in this hotel numerous times, since Nafplion is not only one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, but also because it's one of my favorite destinations. If you go during the summer, then Amalia is the hotel you must go. It's affordable, yet luxurious, with this lovely, crystal clear pool, with loungers and umbrellas all around.... More

We stayed just one night without a reservation. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. It had the best air conditioning I've ever come across with very simple controls. The bathroom was large with a good shower and full sized bath. The beds were very comfortable and wide. Breakfast was included... More

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was spacious and had friendly staff, a pool and multiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas. The meals were delicious! I had a great experience at this hotel and I highly recommend it.

A perfect place to stay, an excellent hotel. Located in a plain place a few minutes outside of Nafplio by car, its an ideal place for visiting nafplio and surrounding villages as well. Ancient theatre of Episaurus is close too. Hospitality, politeness, clean rooms. New classic building with well furnished rooms. Wi fi should be better, and the restaurant should... More

We stayed here as a tour group and the hotel met all our needs. The Amalia hotels have vast public areas which appear cavernous but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the prices reasonable, and the pool welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and quite varied.

If your idea of a great hotel is worn carpeting and a huge area for breakfast with tons of tourists this is definitely the hotel for you! On the other hand if you want a bed that is comfortable and a charming experience take a wide berth of this ponderous behemoth of a place.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Plenty of parking , if that appeals to you, and only 2 miles from town. Large clean swimming pool and a great place for an "off " day. The breakfast was good and accommodating. The hotel did not have any feel. It was an overly vast minimalistic type of space. It was more a... More

Rooms (and bathrooms) are large and comfortable. They've got nice beds which makes a difference to your sleep quality. The pool area is very nice, and the July heat in Nafplio heightens the desire to take a swim. Nevertheless, the entire hotel interior is very comfortable. The location leaves something to desire for. If you were dropped by a tour... More
